Meet Dr. Helena Kilic

Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics
Dr. Helena Kilic attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She then earned her doctorate degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2011.
After dental school, Dr. Kilic practiced general dentistry for 2 years prior to pursuing her passion in orthodontics at Seton Hill Center for Orthodontics, where she earned both a Master of Science and a Master in Business Administration in 2016.
Dr. Kilic had the privilege to have worked alongside the renowned orthodontist Dr. Neal Kravitz and Dr. Kevin McGrath, with whom she collaborated on patient care for many years. Dr. Kilic brings all of that expertise, patient focused care and compassion to her patients at Oakton Family Orthodontics.

Dr. Kilic is passionate about helping patients restore their confidence and self-esteem through a new, beautiful, and healthy smile. Getting to know her patients and their families — and being part of the Oakton community — is one of her favorite parts of being an orthodontist.
She has a genuine passion for orthodontics and strives to educate her patients on available treatment options, working together to get the very best outcome. She enjoys serving and supporting her Northern Virginia communities, schools and businesses.
Dr. Kilic has been living and practicing in Northern Virginia with her husband, Dan and their son Theo. Together, they enjoy exploring D.C.’s museums, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with their family. When she’s not creating beautiful smiles, you’ll likely find Dr. Kilic in a spin class, traveling, or enjoying time with family and friends.
